DAPT Score räknare- används efter 12 månaders DAPT

DAPT Score är ett score som är skapat för att användas för patienter som har avslutat 12 månaders DAPT utan relevant blödning. Syftet var att identifiera patienter som kan profitera från förlängd DAPT, det vill säga DAPT under 30 istället för 12 månader. Datan kommer från DAPT-Studien. 1

Notera att DAPT score inte är prospektivt testat i en RCT och att ESC endast ger en IIb indikation för användning av DAPT Score (“may be considered” i ESC-DAPT update 2017). 2 ESC rekommenderar förlängd DAPT endast för patienter efter genomgången hjärtinfarkt, läs mer om det på sidan läkemedelsbehandling CCS, avsnitt om P2Y12.

(Förväxla ej med PRECISE-DAPT-score som är gjort för att avändas vid det initiala vårdtillfället för frågan om DAPT ska förkortas.)

Bedömning:

  • ≥ 2poäng: Tolkas som argument för förlängd DAPT (30 månader istället för 12)
  • <2 poäng: Tolkas som argument för standard DAPT (12 månader)
